I have known Mr. Wang since his sophomore year of college?and have acted as his thesis advisormentor. In my experience?he is a gifteddiligent student?and an admirably hard worker.

　　留学推荐信如何选择推荐人呢?推荐信应该找一些具有一定知名度且与申请人熟识的人撰写，一般的最佳人选就是申请人的专业课老师、班主任、学校里跟申请人接触较多的比较权威的老师、或者实习公司的领导等等。

　　②推荐人的身份要合理，最好是相关专业的`。如果申请人是一个还在校的学生，那比较好的选择应该就是系主任、专业任课老师、班主任，或者课外活动、社会活动的见证人作为推荐人;如果申请人已经毕业或者参加工作了，也可以选择你的直接上司，或者大学毕业论文指导作为推荐人。在我看来没必要找一个和申请人的专业不熟悉，和申请人不熟悉的院士或者大公司总裁之类的人作为你的推荐人。
